We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Haeger Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made our kids feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Haeger is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain every step of the process in a way both parents and kids can understand. The office is always clean, organized, and runs on time, which makes appointments stress free. What really stands out is how kind and encouraging the staff is with children and teens. They create such a positive environment that my kids actually look forward to their visits. The results have been amazing, and we could not be happier with the care and attention we’ve received. If you are looking for an orthodontist who combines expertise with compassion and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Dr. Haeger Orthodontics. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in healthcare for our family!

We visited 3 different orthodontists for my daughter’s braces, and Haeger Orthodontics was by far the most thorough, caring, and affordable. What really stood out to me was how much time they spent not only reviewing my daughter’s teeth, but also talking directly with her about the responsibility that comes with having braces. None of the other orthodontists did that, and as a parent, I really appreciated it. They also have my daughter send in photos of her teeth every couple of weeks to help keep her accountable with brushing and wearing her equipment properly. It feels like they truly care about setting kids up for success, not just putting braces on and moving on. The cherry on top was the insurance situation. The other two orthodontists told me there was no point in even trying to work with insurance. Haeger said they would still try and they did. Insurance initially denied coverage completely, but Haeger kept communicating with them and ended up getting nearly half the cost of the braces approved. I had already agreed to pay out of pocket, so there was no extra incentive for them to fight that hard other than genuinely wanting to help us. These guys go above and beyond. The

I ultimately chose Dr. Hager because he gave me a clear, thoughtful long-term prognosis for my daughter’s short incisors that made me feel confident in his approach, especially compared to other well-rated orthodontists we consulted with. He took the time to explain not just what to do, but why, and that made a huge difference. I’m so grateful we chose his office and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist who is both skilled and genuinely trustworthy.
